What you pay for is the intelligence layer: the Signal Correction Report, the ICP Resolution Framework, the Archer workspace, and the done-with-you or done-for-you system build. Because our paid deliverables are either personalized to your session data or involve committed advisory time, our refund structure reflects the nature of each product type.
We stand behind the quality of our work. For Tier 2 and Tier 3, we do not refund built work — we keep working until the signal layer performs. For technical failures (a report not delivered, corrupted, or containing a material error), we will make it right, no questions asked. Contact us within 7 days of purchase.

We will issue a full refund if your report was not delivered within 24 hours of purchase, contained a material technical error, or you were charged more than once due to a payment processing error. For Tier 1 specifically, we will refund the month in full if the system fails to surface 15 deployable, avatar-matched signals within 30 days of completed onboarding. Email rome@signalresolution.com within 7 days of purchase with your order number and a description of the issue.
We do not issue refunds if you changed your mind after receiving your report, disagreed with the diagnostic result or recommendations, experienced results different from examples in marketing materials, or provided inaccurate information during the diagnostic that affected your result. For Tier 2 and Tier 3 specifically, we do not refund built work after engagement has commenced — if signal milestones are not met despite your active participation, we extend the engagement at no charge until they are.

If you initiate a chargeback before contacting us, we reserve the right to contest it with your transaction record, email delivery confirmation, and diagnostic session data. Please reach out directly before escalating to your bank.
